How does the Recreation Fee work?

The Recreation Fee is an annual fee that applies from May 1 through April 30.

It allows members unlimited access to Tahoe Donner’s private amenities:

Winter:

• Trout Creek Recreation Center

Summer:

• Trout Creek Recreation Center
• Beach Club Marina
• Tennis Center
• Northwoods Pool 

Payment

The Recreation Fee is applicable to the four members listed on your property and can be paid with a credit card over the phone at (530) 587-9400, ext. 0 or in the Member Services office. You can also make arrangements to pay your recreation fees through your HOA assessments.    

You can purchase up to 4 additional memberships for a total of eight members per property for an additional fee. The fee is not pro-rated and needs to be renewed yearly.
