How do I get a member card and member status?

You must be a Tahoe Donner homeowner, or related to a homeowner by the defined "Owner Family" in our Amenity Access Rule.

Members ID Cards

A Tahoe Donner Association homeowner and their families, as defined as either listed on the deed or "Owner Family". Each property may have up to eight qualifying members with their own unique ID number (four members are included at no charge with payment of the annual assessment and up to four more members may be added for an additional fee per person based on valid ownership/family status. The additional 4 cards must be renewed each year. Member children ages 6 and under may be added to the property and are not counted in the four or eight members on the property.

Member Recreation Pass (optional)

The annual recreation fee allows unlimited access to the private amenities for all Members and Member Additionals on the property without paying the daily access fee. This fee is not prorated, refundable, or transferable.  This fee can be paid annually along with your assessment or by calling or stopping by Member Services.
