How do I get a member card and member status?

You must be a Tahoe Donner home owner, or related to a homeowner by blood or marriage to qualify for Membership.

Member ID

Member ID is required to create your ShopTD account, and to access all the private amenities.  It is also your Season Pass if a season pass is purchased. 

Members

A Tahoe Donner Association homeowner and their families, defined as either listed on the deed or related by blood or marriage/law. Each property may have up to eight qualifying members with their own unique ID number (four members are included at no charge with payment of the annual assessment and up to four more members may be added for an additional fee per person based on valid ownership/family status. The additional 4 cards must be renewed each year. Member children ages 6 and under may be added to the property and are not counted in the four or eight members on the property.

Transferable Guest Cards

There are two authorized Transferable Guest Cards per property. Each card allows up to four unaccompanied guests access to the private amenities by paying the Daily Access Fee for a total of eight guests per property.

Member Recreation Pass (optional)

The annual recreation fee allows unlimited access to the private amenities for all Members and Member Additionals on the property without paying the daily access fee. This fee is not prorated, refundable, or transferable.  This fee can be paid annually along with your assessment or by calling or stopping by Member Services.
