How do I get a member card and member status?

You must be a Tahoe Donner homeowner, or related to a homeowner as defined in the "Owner Family" definition in our Amenity Access Rule.

Members ID Cards

A Tahoe Donner Association homeowner and their families, as defined as either listed on the deed or "Owner Family". Each property may have up to eight qualifying members with their unique member ID card. 4 member ID cards are included at no charge with payment of the annual assessment and an owner can purchase up to four more member ID cards for an additional fee per card based on valid ownership/family status.

The additional 4 cards must be renewed each year. Member children ages 3-6  may be added to the property and are counted in the total allotted member ID cards on the property however there is no charge for their cards if they account for member ID cards 5-8.

Member Recreation Pass (optional)

The annual recreation fee allows unlimited access to the private amenities for all Members and Member Additionals on the property without paying the daily access fee. This fee is not prorated, refundable, or transferable.  This fee can be paid annually along with your assessment or by calling or stopping by Member Services.
