Do you offer weather refunds?

We do not offer refunds on passes due to wind, snow or inclement weather.

Our professional grooming crew works to enhance snow conditions for enjoyment and safety. Our instructors can teach in a variety of conditions; however extreme weather or power outages may affect operations.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for lessons.

We recommend you check weather, road conditions and tire chain requirements to plan for an on-time arrival and to prepare what to wear. Please note that weather and road conditions rapidly change in our high-altitude environment. Visit our website for more information.
