To qualify, the lease must be a minimum of 9 months and the owner of the property must agree to relinquish their membership by completing an Owner Relinquish Form.
The completed Owner Relinquishment form will need to be submitted along with a copy of the 9-12 month lease. This indicates that the owner relinquishes their membership privileges for the duration of the rental term to the tenant/s on lease. Once the form and a copy of the lease are submitted to Member Services, we will provide a membership to the tenants.
