Tenant: Any individual who occupies an Owner's Residential Parcel in exchange for consideration, monetary or otherwise.
Resident Tenants (31+ consecutive days)
Resident Tenants may qualify for Tenant ID Cards and include:
- Long-Term Tenant – Leases the property for more than 9 consecutive months. Eligible through the Owner Relinquishment Program. Official documentation is required.
- Seasonal Tenant – Leases the property for 31 consecutive days to 9 consecutive months. Eligible through the Owner Relinquishment Program. Official documentation is required.
- Coresident Tenant – Leases a portion of the Owner's residence and maintains a qualifying coresident relationship with the Owner for more than 6 consecutive months. Eligible through a Coresident Agreement. Official documentation is required.
Short-Term Tenants (30 days or less)
Occupy the property for 30 consecutive days or less in exchange for consideration. Qualifying properties may participate in the Short-Term Tenant Card Program.
