Can I buy guest passes?

No, we do not sell guest passes.

Personal Guests can be registered through ShopTD. Registration is only required if the Personal Guest will be visiting the amenities without an accompanying Member ID Cardholder.

Please note that there is a 19-person limit on your ShopTD account. This limit may include any combination of Member ID Cardholders and registered Personal Guests.

If you plan to visit any of Tahoe Donner’s private amenities with a group of more than 10 individuals, including both Members and Personal Guests, please email info@tahoedonner.com in advance. This allows us to confirm whether the amenity can accommodate your group.

ADDING A PERSONAL GUEST

  • To add a Personal Guest, the Member ID Cardholder must enter the following details in ShopTD:
  • Log in to access "My Account"
  • Find "My Group" under "My Account"
  • Scroll to the bottom of the group and click Add Guest
  • Enter First and Last name & Date of Birth for each guest

REMOVING A PERSONAL GUEST

DISCLOSURE: Personal Guest: Individuals who have a personal relationship with the owner or member and are not staying under a rental or lease agreement.

          VS

Tenant: “Any individual who occupies an Owner’s Residential Parcel in exchange for payment of consideration, monetary or not.” Categories include Long Term, Seasonal, and Short-Term Tenants. 

{Tenants do not qualify as personal guests. Any violation of this policy may result in your account being cited and applicable violation fees being assessed.}

Daily entrance fee for guests

A guest accompanied or unaccompanied by a member with a valid Member ID Card must pay a $15 daily entrance fee. Once guests pay the daily fee, they can access any of the private amenities during the same day. There is no year-round rate or monthly rate available for guests. All guests pay a daily guest fee to access the private amenities and need to be pre-registered as a personal guest on a Member account if they are not accompanied by a Member with a valid Member ID card .
