For leases of 31 days or longer, a renter may obtain a Tenant ID Card upon successful completion of an Owner Relinquishment. Operating plan fees, conditions, and restrictions may apply.
The owner of the property must fill out an Owner Relinquish Form, provide a copy of the lease and pay an administrative fee. This process relinquishes the owner’s membership privileges for the duration of the rental term.
Once the online Owner Relinquishment form is complete and submitted, Member Services will reach out to the Tenants to build their Tenant ID Card profiles.
