My mailbox key isn’t working.

Contact the Truckee Postmaster at (530) 587-7158 or at (800) 275-8777. The Truckee postmaster is located downtown behind the stores at 10050 Bridge Street. Tahoe Donner will repair and maintain mailboxes and doors. If the problem lies with your key or lock, you will need to contact USPS.
