How much is the annual assessment for Tahoe Donner?

For 2023, the assessment is $2624 and is due January 1st.

Our accounting office typically mails the statement out in a early November. It is due January 1, 2023 and subject to a 10% delinquency fee on March 3, 2023.

If you are a homeowner and didn’t you statement copy,  please ensure that we have your current mailing address and/or email address.  To update your information please complete the "Member Information Update Form".

Assessments payments can be mailed to the association, dropped off in the box outside the Northwoods Club House, or paid through your Member Portal.  

The Member Portal accepts ACH bank transfers (no processing fee), credit card payment with a 3.7% processing fee, and debit card payments with 1.8% processing fee.
