Each property is allotted 4 member ID cards to qualifying individuals that are designated by the owner of the property. The owner can purchase up to four additional member cards for $155 each for a total of eight member ID cards. The additional cards expire on December 31st and would require yearly renewal.
Children ages 0-6 qualify for member rates until they turn seven. Any child can be added as long as they are:
- Related to a Tahoe Donner owner as defined in the "Owners Family" definition of our Amentiy Access Rule and are under seven years of age.
- Count towards the total allotted member ID cards on the account, but there is no fee for their cards if they make up cards 5-8.
Member Services adds children to property profiles so that the adult member can register the child for programs at the member rate. Once a child reaches seven years of age, they will either be removed from the property profile or added to the property profile as one of the four family members (or an additional pass will need to be purchased for the child for $155).
Changing Members
The members on your property must remain the same from January 1st through December 31st. However, if a member hasn’t used their member ID card and benefits, the owner of the property can transfer the membership to a different person as long as they are related by blood or marriage as defined in the "Owners Family" definition in our Amentiy Access Rule. If a member has used their member card, a change can be made starting January 1st of the following year.
