You must be a Tahoe Donner homeowner or related to a homeowner as defined in the "Owner Family" definition in our Amenity Access Rule.
Members ID Cards
A Tahoe Donner homeowner and their eligible family members, defined as individuals listed on the deed or qualifying as "Owner Family," may obtain Member ID Cards. Each property may have up to ten (10) Member ID Cards issued to qualifying individuals, with each cardholder receiving their own unique Member ID Card.
Four (4) Member ID Cards are included at no additional charge with payment of the annual assessment. Property owners may purchase up to six (6) additional Member ID Cards for eligible individuals, subject to verification of ownership or family status and payment of the applicable annual fee for each additional card.
Additional Member ID Cards must be renewed annually.
Children ages 3–6 who qualify as Member ID Cardholders may be added to the property and count toward the maximum allotment of ten (10) Member ID Cards. However, no fee is charged for children ages 3–6 if they occupy Member ID Card positions five (5) through eight (8).
Member ID Cards no longer include complimentary amenity access. While a valid Member ID Card is required for eligibility and verification purposes, applicable access fees must still be paid when using Tahoe Donner amenities.
