How do I get a guest card?

Guest cards a no longer issued nor valid. There is a new process for guest access to the Private and Public Amenities.

Personal Guest Access:

• Personal guests who are attending an amenity with a validMember ID Cardholder do not need to be pre-registered. They will pay the $15 per day access fee at private amenities and receive guest pricing at public amenities.
• Personal Guests who are unaccompanied by a valid Member ID Cardholder must be pre-registered through the Member’s ShopTD account to access private amenities or receive guest rates at the public amenities. At check-in, they will need to provide:
   
   
  • The Member ID Cardholder's name
  • A valid ID at check-in
  • Pay the $15 daily access fee at the private amenities.

Adding a Personal Guest

To add a Personal Guest, the Member ID Cardholder must enter the following details in ShopTD:

• Log in to access "My Account"
• Find "My Group" under "My Account"
• Scroll to the bottom of the group and click Add Guest
• Enter the First and Last name & Date of Birth of each guest

A maximum of 20 individuals (Members + Personal Guests) can be listed per Member account.

Removing a Personal Guest:

If you need to remove a guest, please:

1. Email info@tahoedonner.com OR
    
2. Complete the Remove Personal Guest form.
